Hugging this character: Yes! He likes hugs. :3 Though he may look at you askance if you're hugging him and he just met you.
Kissing this character: He's a bit of a flirt so this is not outside the realm of possibility.
Flirting with this character: Oh please. Flirt with him. He'll flirt back, he's nigh shameless.
Fighting with this character: If you want, but it'd be like kicking a puppy. He does have enhanced reflexes and strength so keep that in mind.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. Again, why do you want to kick a puppy? Preferably nothing that he can't recover from, I'd like all limbs to stay attached, just talk with me! :3
Killing this character: Not unless plotted out beforehand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes. He canonically does have some defense against telepathic attack for someone who's largely psi-null and his Brain Is Complicated. Warnings:
Julian will sometimes use derogatory terms in reference to himself--freak and monster has been used in the past when he's in a Mood, he might drop mutant more casually. If this bothers you, let me know and I can make sure he dials it back.

Powers Permissions

Julian has the power of Health Optimization. He can sense medical information about someone and, in some cases, directly influence their health. As the name implies, this is an optimization, not a detraction, he cannot do anything damaging.

1. What, if anything, can Julian 'scan' from your character? Any recurring health issues caused by outside sources? Any medications they've been on that haven't left their system yet? Any changes or non-standard biology that's NOT caused by something magical/spiritual?

2. Is your character human/humanoid? Julian's ability doesn't work on non-organic life forms/artificial intelligences/etc. It's up to you where your character falls on this scale.

3. Can he, or do you want him to, affect anything about your character? This will be played out, as he will request permission in 95% of cases. If no, either it won't come up or he'll ask once and remember.

4. In emergency situations, can Julian affect anything about your character? This will be the 5% exception.

Despite being a Greek god, Asclepius's home is modeled after a Moroccan riad. An elegant, squared two-level home, the first level is common space, mostly open, separated only by columns that hold the upper level. A courtyard in the middle is open to the sky, with plants and trees growing around it. There's a bathing pool with a fountain in the center, and the entire courtyard has seating consisting of piles of colorful silk and velvet cushions and low-slung couches.

There are alcoves on the main floor that can be closed off by heavy curtains. The only two rooms that are closed off on the main floor are the kitchen and bath. The top floor is made up of far more private rooms, including bedrooms and a large library. There's a railing overlooking the courtyard in the middle, and vining plants that trail down from the roof. The roof itself is accessible from this level as well, and has more plants as well as seating around a small fountain.

The grounds are made up of an immaculately maintained medicinal garden cut through with winding crushed stone paths, all the plants and trees growing around the temple have medicinal properties. The grounds and even the house itself is also home to dozens of non-venomous Aesculapian snakes.
